- Select or recruit appropriately skilled personnel
- Obtain appropriate permits, licenses and authorisations required for program
- Source equipment and materials for restoration work
- Transport equipment and personnel to restoration sites
- Monitor natural area restoration works
- Check site is prepared according to specifications
- Check plant materials, machinery and equipment comply with natural area restoration plan
